Linda Hughson is a dedicated CrossFit trainer with a CF-OL1 certification, known for her passion for outdoor activities and a love for pushing her physical limits. Before discovering CrossFit, Linda was an avid runner, completing numerous half marathons. This year, she took on the challenge of running a Tough Mudder and earned a qualification to compete at WOD on the Loch—a thrilling experience that has inspired her to pursue more competitive events in the near future.
Born and raised in Shetland, Linda has lived in the South Mainland her entire life. As a single working mother of four incredible children, she balances her time between family life and her part-time role as a Social Care Worker at the local Care Centre. Her family also includes Daisy, a Boxer dog, and Mable, the family cat.
Linda’s love for the outdoors is evident in her hobbies, which include walking, hiking, and running. She brings this enthusiasm to her CrossFit coaching, encouraging others to embrace the challenges of physical fitness and discover the joy of achieving their personal best. With a deep connection to her Shetland roots and a commitment to her community, Linda is dedicated to helping others lead healthier, more active lives.
