Shelby Hopkins is a passionate and accomplished CrossFit trainer with a deep-rooted commitment to health and fitness. Holding certifications in CF-L2, CF Gymnastics, PN1, ATA L1, and BWL L2, Shelby brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her training sessions. She has a distinguished background as a retired US Supervisory Federal Agent and served as the National Fitness Coordinator and Lead Physical Training Instructor for the US Federal Air Marshal Service, where she honed her expertise in physical conditioning and leadership.

LINDA HUGHSON

Linda Hughson is a dedicated CrossFit trainer with a CF-OL1 certification, known for her passion for outdoor activities and a love for pushing her physical limits. Before discovering CrossFit, Linda was an avid runner, completing numerous half marathons. This year, she took on the challenge of running a Tough Mudder and earned a qualification to compete at WOD on the Loch—a thrilling experience that has inspired her to pursue more competitive events in the near future.

Claire Adamson is a versatile and enthusiastic CrossFit trainer with a CF-L1 certification, bringing a wealth of experience from her diverse background in coaching and playing various sports. From rowing and athletics to netball and football, Claire has always been deeply involved in sports. She currently channels her passion into coaching the Shetland Girls Under 11’s football team—a role she absolutely loves. At CrossFit 60Nort, Claire has expanded her coaching repertoire to include adults, a new and rewarding challenge that has enriched her skill set.
